This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Welcome to the Decatur Independent School District! As a service to our community, Decatur ISD provides a secure online enrollment platform for parents/guardians to enroll students. This form is the initial step for enrolling your new student (a student who has not previously attended a school in Decatur ISD). By completing this form, you are requesting an account to grant you with access to a secure system, allowing you to log in and proceed with enrollment for your child(ren). If your child has been previously enrolled in the district and you will need to access your Family Access account to select the New Student Online Enrollment tab. If you have a student currently attending school in Decatur ISD and wish to enroll a sibling, you will need to access your Family Access to select the New Student Online Enrollment tab. For parents or guardians of returning students, you will need to access your Family Access account to complete the Returning Student Verification. If you have forgotten your login information, please utilize the "Forgot Password" option or reach out to your student's campus for further assistance. To proceed with the enrollment of a new student, please fill out the required fields below. Upon submitting the form, you will be granted a temporary account allowing you to access the enrollment forms for your student(s). Thank you for choosing Decatur ISD for your child(ren)'s education.
